Addicted to Urban Exploring we were looking for an easy place to take some interesting images. I picked Great Gaddesden Water Tower from the Urban Sites on the web. However, it took quite a bit of studying google earth to establish the location. Having arrived and not having a great deal of time we started the up hill climb along a footpath to where I my guess the tower was located. We reach the wood and my heart sank as I could not see it when I reached the rough location I guessed it was. We walked a little further and fortunately I spotted it among the trees. Lucky the trees were not in full leaf other there would of been no chance of spotting it. Access was easy and we spent a good hour photographing the tower. This particular room 1st floor was the best.
