A New season at the Camera Club and time to get down to processing some of the many images I have lined up. Competition is very hot this year. I often find that one often needs to break away from a subject and wait for a little inspiration. After doing Kill last year I was all tied up trying on Kill Bill vibes and never found backgrounds that I was happy with to go with Jes and the Sword. With Twin Peaks coming back and finally watching Mulholland Drive I have been in a Lynch mood and up popped the inspiration for this Image. Background is a derelict hospital photographed whilst in Scotland which was not too damaged. I didn't want the cliché of violent woman in a derelict building, instead I was after the long corridor to be used as a passage of time. The faces are there to unnerve and cause tension by the feel that you are been watched by more than one danger whilst exploring the image. As you can guess, one of my fav images I have produced for a while.
